Who we work with

Healthcare and clinics
  • Dermatology
    medical and cosmetic
Two searches at once: insurance-driven medical visits and self-pay cosmetic consultations, usually needing separate keywords and separate landing pages.
  • DentalDemand splits between same-day emergencies and insurance or plan questions, so the profile and call tracking have to answer both.
  • ChiropracticMost searches name a symptom or an injury rather than a practice, and patients compare who takes their insurance first.
  • Med spa and aesthetic clinicsNearly every search is self-pay and price-aware, so the profile and the ads carry more of the weight.
  • Physical therapyA physician referral starts most searches, so the profile and local pages exist to confirm a name the patient already has.

How we sized this: the program is new; these are the bands it was designed for, not observed averages. They will be replaced by observed values as programs are delivered.

Budget

This program was designed for practices investing $1,500–2,000/month in the program fee, with ad spend paid directly to Google, separately.

Ad-spend model Modelled
Line Minimum Recommended range
Medical dermatology~$400/month$800–2,300/month
Cosmetic dermatology (Botox, fillers, laser)~$1,800/month$3,500–6,000/month

Ad spend earns more of its keep in cosmetic dermatology, where the patient pays out of pocket and the average ticket is higher. On the medical side the return comes mostly from the Google Business Profile and local search. A practice running both should budget the two lines separately.

How the work runs

  1. Week 1

    Access, audit and baseline

A written baseline: map-pack position by keyword, current profile actions, tracked call volume.

  2. Week 2

    Profile rebuild and keyword map

The rebuilt Google Business Profile, live, and the medical vs cosmetic keyword map.

  3. Week 3

    Landing page, tracking and launch

The conversion landing page, call and form tracking tested end to end, campaigns live.

  4. Monthly

    Report, review, next month

The one-page report on the fifth business day of each month, followed by a call to agree what changes.

Engagement ladder: Visibility Baseline (setup, three weeks) → Monthly program (month two onward, 12-month minimum) → Website rebuild (optional, quoted separately after month one).

What the client owns

  • Google Business Profile
  • Google Ads account
  • Domain and landing page
  • Call and form tracking
  • Reporting data

If the program ends, everything stays with the practice.

Standards
  1. We do not build advertising audiences from health conditions.
  2. This website does not collect patient data.
  3. Any call tracking is configured with the practice and set up to meet the call-consent law where the practice operates.
  4. We do not handle protected health information, so the work does not require a BAA.
